Make progress on every project.
Overview puts all your projects on one grid, with the days ahead running down the page. Plan ahead, see everything, and move a little on each one, every day.
£4.99 a month after your trial · Cancel anytimeYour projects don’t live in one list.
Projects across. Days down.
One screen for everything you’re working on, from today to the months ahead.
Defer, don’t set due dates.
Send a task to the day you want to see it again. If plans change, drag it somewhere else. Nothing turns red, nothing nags. It just comes back when you said it would.
- Rows from today and this week out to the coming months
- Drag, or use the arrow keys
- Undo anything
One day, in three parts.
Today pulls the day’s tasks from every project into morning, afternoon and evening. Drag a task to choose when it happens, then work down the list.
- A progress bar: “4 of 8 done”
- A small celebration when you clear the day
- A 7am email with today’s plan
Too much on? Focus.
Hide the projects that can wait. The grid and Today show only what matters right now, and one tap brings the rest back.
The small things, done properly.
Why a grid?
Lists, planners and spreadsheets each get part of it right. Overview puts the parts together.

Overview started as a spreadsheet. Projects across the top, days down the side.
I had a day job, a couple of side projects and the usual life admin. Every to-do app I tried put each project in its own list, and the ones I wasn’t looking at stalled. The spreadsheet fixed that. I could see everything, push things to next week, and move a little on each project every morning.
It was clumsy on my phone and a pain to keep tidy, so I built the app version. That’s Overview.

Questions
Is there a free plan?
No, but every plan starts with a 14-day free trial.
Why do you need my card?
So your plan carries on without interruption. We’ll email you before the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime from Settings.
What happens after the trial?
Your chosen plan starts automatically. You can switch plans or cancel anytime from Settings.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. Add it to your home screen and it opens full screen, like an app.
Does it work offline?
Not yet. You’ll need a connection.
Can I use it with my team?
Not yet. Overview is for one person’s projects today.
Can I import from Todoist or Things?
Not at the moment. Most people find starting fresh on a grid is half the point.
Does it do recurring tasks?
No. Defer a task to the next time you want to see it.
Is my data private?
Yes. Task and project names are encrypted at rest, and our admin tools only ever show counts.
What if I stop paying?
We keep your data for at least 30 days, so you can come back.
Is the Supporter plan really for life?
Yes. Pay once, and it never renews.
